GOOD NEIGHBOR RENTAL REGULATIONS:

• Smoking is not permitted within the unit nor on the patios and entry way landing.

• Small pets may be allowed, with prior property manager approval; additional fees and cleaning charges may be applied.

• The primary renter of this vacation rental property must be at least 25 years old and is responsible for the compliance with the Good Neighbor Rental Regulations for all occupants and guests.

• Renters must comply with all property and city rules regarding noise. Amplification of sound, including music, outdoor speakers, TVs, etc., outside of the dwelling unit is prohibited and shall comply with all complex regulations. Violators may be subject to a fine.

• The maximum overnight capacity for this unit is 4 people; the maximum daytime capacity for this unit is 8 people.

• Trash and refuse shall not be left stored within public view and must be placed in proper containers provided within the unit. There is an on-site trash and recycling center within the complex where trash must be taken for disposal.

• The use of a Vacation Rental unit shall not violate any applicable conditions, covenants, or other restrictions on real property.

• Occupants are subject to immediate citation and fine for creating a disturbance or violating the complex and/or City of Palm Springs vacation rental guidelines or other regulations.
